Janine has helped support Equiem’s UK expansion since the company first launched in Europe in 2017.
She has been a key part of a highly successful BD team overseeing the platform’s UK rollout across more than 5.5 million sq ft of prime commercial space in 14 months, as well as the firm's recent launch into Ireland as well.
Janine is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience and has a track record of helping landlords to execute a customer strategy and gain a deeper understanding of their occupier drivers, resulting in greater tenant retention and attraction.
