Coen is Founder & CEO of EDGE Technologies, a technology real estate company that aims to reinvent the modern workplace as a driver for health, sustainability, and innovation. He is also founder & CEO of OVG Real Estate, one of Europe’s largest commercial property developers. OVG’s portfolio consists of more than a million square meters of development in The Netherlands, Germany and United States, and a client list that includes market leaders such as Deloitte, Danone, PwC, UPC, Rabobank, KPMG, Vattenfall and Unilever. EDGE Technologies’ first projects have already earned highest possible (pre)certifications in BREEAM, DGNB and WELL.
Coen aims to radicalize sustainability through powerful innovations and seeks to effect further change in infrastructure and urban development, while drawing inspiration from global leaders by participating in networks such as the World Economic Forum, and as change-driving speaker at global conferences such as NOAH, The Next Web, Financial Times Live and New York Smart Cities.
